Refund Policy
Coaches to Events is operated by Belfast Mini Coach. This policy applies to return coach seats booked through coachestoevents.co.uk.
If you cancel your booking
Your refund depends on how much notice we receive before your scheduled departure:
- More than 28 days: 95% refund. A 5% administration fee is retained.
- 14 to 28 days: 75% refund.
- 7 to 13 days: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days: No refund.
To request a refund, email hello@belfastminicoach.com with your booking reference, passenger name and reason for cancelling. Where a refund is due, it will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
Missed departures
If you do not arrive at your booked pickup point in time for departure, your booking is treated as a no-show. No refund or credit is available for a missed departure.
If we cancel the coach service
If Belfast Mini Coach cancels your service, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to another available date or service of equal value.
If the event is cancelled or postponed
If an event organiser cancels or postpones an event, your coach booking is not automatically refunded. Where possible, we may transfer your booking to the rescheduled date or offer a partial credit after non-recoverable costs.
